rang castle combe again today. according to maria they havent sent out the paperwork for the event yet, so i shouldnt expect to recieve it for another few weeks. track time hasnt been confirmed either yet, but i need to know if people are definates for the event as i have to give them the number of us expected to turn up as soon as i get the paperwork. we are allowed to have up to 12 cars on the stand with no charge, anything over that and people will have to pay their own entry, which is £8 in advance or £10 on the day.

The Dorset Group had there booking form nearly 2 weeks ago,

but we have been going to this event for years,

so it must be the fact FT have never had a stand there,

ill put down our track time for 9.30 and 10.45. As a couple of people wish to do more than one session. hopefully they should be ok with us going out at those times, other wise we may get merged with other sessions.

ill need to take the £15 from people for the track sessions in the next few days

rsonblackwheels- as you have asked for 2 track sessions the first will come under the £15 offer (we only have 6 passes available in that offer) but the second wont, if its applied for quickly it will only be £20 hopefully, but theres a chance it may cost you £30 for the session.hope this doesnt cause too much hassle for you.

These cheap ones are £16.66 each

Normal ones are £25 in advance, £30 on the day (if there are any left)
