adjustable actuators

im being differant by using a turbo from a vauxhall.but im not sure if my actuator is adjuastable or not.not sure what psi its set.its not been modifyed in anyway.apart from me adapting parts.also what does 1bar mean in psi.ie 30 or 15 or what.

1 Bar = 14.50326 psi

As above for the bar

Adjustable actuators would have a thread running down the rod - that's how you adjust the pressure - by screwing the end connecting piece up and down.

so if i have no adjustable actuator does that mean the turbo is rubbish.or could i fit one to it.
