hi there just got some coilovers and need to know how to adjust the ride height.

do you adjust the platform down to raise the height and adjust the platform up to lower the car.

Think its the opposite mate. Down to lower it and up to higher it. You just wind down or up the bit that sits below the spring.

Wind the spring platform down to lower it! (i.e. turn the platform from right to left to lower the car and vice versa)
