Adjusting dampning on coilovers

Can som1 tell me how to do this plz as i got the coilovers with the car so got no manual or anything. I need to sofen them. There konis i think, i got the lil tool just dont kno how to use it :lol:

hello mate there avo's to soften them, the fronts are done by using the tool on the tops of the sturts under the bonnet and the back have a small knob at the bottom of the coil over they tell u which way to turn them.
