IVE JUST BOUGHT A FIESTA 1.1 3 DOOR, M-PLATE, I KNOW THE ENGINE IS KINDA WEEK, AND I WANT TO PUT SOME 16INCH RIMMS, BUT THATS GONNA SLOW DOWN THE CAR BIG TIME.

SO JUST WANTED SOME IDEAS ON HOW I CAN BOOST UP THE CARS BHP, WITHOUT SPENDING MUCH ON IT, TO MAKE UP FOR THE WEIGHT OF THE WHEELS. DONT REALLY WANNA SPEND MUCH AS I HOPE TO CHANGE IT WITHIN THE NEXT 6-9 MONTHS, FOR A XR2i.

you could speend a £1000 and u will notice virtually nothing so live with it!


THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A COMPLETE OVER KILL BUT ITS SO NOT WORTH IT JUST FOR 6-9MTS!!!!!
AND U CANT DO A 1.1 ENGINE UP ON THE CHEAP!

well u could get a bolt on filter and new exhuast which u could get for about £100 - £150 and u'll prob get 2 bhp if u spend more money on a better exhuast u could prob get as much as 4 bhp if ur emencly lucky! but ull find that other than the sound ull soon be just as pissed off with having zero power!!!!

Yep theres sod all you can do to a 1.1 unless you empty serious pocket into it. It's the time old question asked, Fezzers right just wait a lil while and gain some no claims
