Yes Yes.

Can I fit this on a FRST rail?

Will I need an adapter type thing to go on the rail so I can have a normal hose coming off it to to let me run one of these jobs?

maybe, depends if the rail adapters fit..but replacing your standard regulator with this cheap copy is asking for trouble

i think i read elsewhere that his fuel pressure has been adjusted and wants one with a gauge so he can see if its set right...better off replacing the fuel hose from filter to rail and fit a inline gauge to that..or fit the later fuel rail connector that has a valve fitted to it for checking the pressure

Those adaptors wont fit mate, the bolts on a frst fuel rail are inline with fuel hole
