I can't put fuel in my FRST.. The bleeding key won't turn thu can't remove cap or put fuel in.

Any ideas how I can remove it?

lots of wd40 and turn it without too much pressure or you will just turn the plastic part of the key and the metal part will fall out.. if and when you finally get it out you need to take the cir-clip off the back of the cap and strip it all down and lube it up... its a pain in the arse and did it me in a petrol station many moons ago.. all i can say is take the cap out regularly to stop it seizing up again
