Air Filter or not air filter that is the question

i have a G reg Fiesta Ghia non fuel injection i was thinking of taking of that that black air filter out, will there be any effects doing this apout from the nice noise

taking the air box completley off will let all the little bigs of dirt and sh!t into ur engine, which is not great. saying that i left mine off on my old XR3 for over 12months and i never had one problem. its up to u dude :Q

Dont do it! Youd get away with it on a non MAF injection car for a bit - but those litle twin choke webbers are a female dog for blocking up anyway

What the hell do you think the airfilters duty is?!!

If you want your beloved engine damaged, I know a better way. (Pedal to da metal, and leave it there!)

Seriously, leave the filter on. If you want more sound, get a performance filter (K&N, Pipercross) then!
