Air filter/push start

Problem or technical question?

Air filter/push start

Postby Mattious on Wed Jun 12, 2013 9:11 pm

Hi rs newbie here, looking for some pointers.

1) I have a replacement cone air filter, to replace the old one. I've also a shorter samco pipe to come of the turbo "t2" I went to change it over but looking at the current OE pipe, it has a small black pipe coming of the actuator into a t block that then diverts back into the OE pipe, does this need to be attached? Or can it be got rid of?

2) the cars fitted with a push start button, not my flavour, how hard is this to remove

Many thanks , matt
