Air filter ?

hi guys,
do u lot recon it is worth getting a air filter like a green or a K&N will they make a diffrence and make a nice sound and is the sound Good or do-doy :smile:

if i do get an air filter will i have to spensd MORE on petrol. also what are green air filters like [ERRR] they are only £50

i,ve fitted a full induction kit to my Si, i get better mpg than i used to, even after a good caning.
