Alarm help clifford 300

Help needed ive got a clifford 300 G4 it's CAT1
alarm work fine locks unlocks but the car will not start or even turn over it's like the immobiliser is stuck on has this happed to anybody any help welcome :-?

check the immobiliser relay?

lifetime warrantly, call a clifford installer out :)
