I have to change me engine for more power.
xr2 engines are fairly easy to get over here so i might go for one of those.
What do i need.
I currently have a 1.3 hcs engine.
I presume i will need the engine :lol:
But what else.
Enyone know from experience.
I need to know with in the next week.

any how you will need
1x xr2 lump
1x5 speed gear linkage
1x5 speed box
1x xr2i 0r mk3 cvh rad and hoses
1x mk3 cvh or 2i zorst
1x xr2i mk3 cvh engine mount
1x full mk3 cvh carb wireing loom
think thats it
ooo vented disks help 1 litre jobbis aret up to much i can tell you that now

I allready have drilled and groved discs, the car has 5 gears allready.
Will the engine fit on to the old gear tingee like the 1.1 to 1.3.
is it better to go for the mk1 1.6 or the mk2 1.6
