alternator fitting?

CVH and Zetec tuning, suspension and braking mods.

ive just fitted a reconditioned sported 1.3 cvh into my fiesta, it was a 1.1 but that engine was knackered so instead of another 1.1 i got me hands on a 1.3, not being the engine they fitted into a mk3 the alternator bracket must be different from the escort in which it origionated, because there is a water hose in its old position, could any body shed any light on how i would fit the alternator?
oh and i wonder if any body could roughly tell me what power output i might get from this engine with these mods> twin choke webber, k and n filter, performance exhaust, a high lift cam, four branch manifold and ground and polished ports?
many thanks.
