Ive been really happy all day then i started thinking about things in too much detail than i should have done now ive gone and depressed myself for no reason and i dont know wot 2 do about it. Ive been so happy for the last couple of weeks, havent been down at all. Grrrrrrrrrrr....... :bonkers:

Ah bless ya Summer (always seem to follow your posts more than anything) The idea is not to think! Being a victim of too much thought meself, the only way to deal with it is to say "fcuk it" lol

OR - do something drastic to make yourself feel better! Me - since being single for only one week, have already lost 1/2 stone, got a interview for a new job, met 2 good new mates and began to get my KA paid off in full. Still - no bf and I'm gutted about that, but hey, it'll happen! Stay chilled, stop thinking, and keep smilin'!

Oooh but I don't reccommend the rapid weight loss thing! But British European Airlines gave me a small vest top with the slogan "BE hands on" across the chest.....lol now it's me mission to fit into the damn thing! OOooh I'm a weird one. *Currently can only fit half me chest in it* Update soon. lol

Although I am aware of quite what you are saying, and what i am going to say has no relevance at all, just reminded me of this.....
