Anti Roll Bars Question
Will the anti roll bars from the FRST fit on a Mk3 1.0 Fiesta if so are they hard to fit and is it really worth doing it.

Front will fit if you have the shocks with the correct bracket, i.e. the bracket that has the holes for both the brake hose clip and the anti-roll bar stabilizer (drop link). The lower arm carrier holes (where the brackets bolt into) generally don't have the threads, however they tend to cut very easily using the bracket bolts.
If you have to change the shocks so that you have the brackets, then you'll need to get the brake hose clip/brackets from a model that did have a front ARB, or you won't be able to secure the brake hose against the shock properly.
The rear anti-roll bar will require holes drilling in the standard rear beam, which personally, I wouldn't like to try and get right!
I found the front one to be a nice upgrade, and if you can do it for not much money, then I would say it's worth it.
Rear would probably be easier using a complete ARB rear beam, however I have no idea if it's worth it as I haven't fitted mine yet - too much hassle for me this time of year

As said it's a cracking upgrade. Make sure you get the lower cross member for the front as well.
I'm pretty sure the rear arb fits on to lugs that are not on the standard rear beam, so I dont think it's possible to drill and tap it on. If you can get hold of the whole rear beam though that's the best bet anyway as the larger rear drums might come with it.

Those that can, do; and those that can't, talk about it.

It's a brace between the two wishbones.
