no your 1.3 wont have a rear arb, i dont think my 1.3 had a front either but im not sure..

i dont know if youde need the shocks from a model with arb..

you would on the front, youde need the droplink mounts, and youde also need some droplinks and the bar, and also the mounts and bushes.

i expect there are already provisions for the roll bar bush mounts, but i could be wrong.

If your's already has the thinner arb on the front then yes it would go on and all you would need to buy extra is the two rubber bushes and the clips, about £10 from Ford.

If yours doesn't have a front arb then it's a little more tricky as you need the bits as above but also the droplinks and new struts to accept the droplinks. They do make a marked difference when putting them on but they work in conjunction with the front lower cross brace so see if you can get that off the doner car as well.

The rear arb is a whole different ball game as with the arb the axel has additional casting lugs on it, basically you need the whole rear axle assembly.
Those that can, do; and those that can't, talk about it.
