hey guys im new on here soo hey lol does [ERRR] one have [ERRR] good sites or watever of getting sum lowering springs and sum spot lights for a 12 bore front bumper ?? :)

Demon Tweeks is quite trusted, but nearly every modification site/catalogue will stock -40mm springs for a Mk4.

Likewise, I think ESP design carry extra fogs for your 12 Bore bumper.

Get yourself a copy of Fast Ford and Performance Ford and you'll find plenty of companies able to oblige on the springs. I've always got on well with Spax springs and Eibach.

Can't offer any help on the fogs I'm afraid :(

i got mine off ebay and fitted them today, £190 posted full kit. well worth all those little pennies, there a set of gmax -40mm obviously
