Neil is a busy guy I'm sure he will get back to you when/if he gets a chance.

I've got the bits to do mine bar the slightly longer shock bolts

Replied now

I spend too much time online during the week to be logging on at weekend. I have to work on my car, see my mates, rod my mrs's etc over the weekend so time online is thankfully limited.

When i get a minute i'll get some piccys up of the "tripod".

was poppin up a wheel like a 'gud 'un at brunters! Stiffens the rear a treat.

Funny stuff.

Have you already got the beam on your motor??

if you have it's pretty easy. If not its still not hard. Simple but effective.

Jonezy- Have a squint at a mag when you get a chance pal! It's so easy if you have an Anti-roll bar in place if not, dont despair! It's totally do-able :D

It's four bolts. Not difficult. I just had another look, i dont think anyone could have made it any clearer with being patronising.

take your roll bar off. Get another. Flip one upside down. Connect back up with fresh polybushes.

Yep, but for a normal road car with average suspension dont expect to set the world on fire.

i run Gaz Gold coilover, full set of Powerflex bushes (everything), new front and rear roll bars, lower arms and a proper set-up.....although i have messed with my settings since.

It stiffens the rear end up very well on my motor.

basically, an anti roll bar gives more grip to the other end of the car to which it is fitted.

so if you uprate the front, you will gain some understeer!
