from my experience with the bolts on the rear only yesterday.. i would say you would need longer bolts about 10mm longer.. however if the bolt is threaded all along the length it will bite into the eyelet on the bottom of the strut.

pornstar! :Yep, but for a normal road car with average suspension dont expect to set the world on fire.

i run Gaz Gold coilover, full set of Powerflex bushes (everything), new front and rear roll bars, lower arms and a proper set-up.....although i have messed with my settings since.

It stiffens the rear end up very well on my motor.

what setting you running now? got to take mine for geo set up before 24th at donno, was going to take the mag along and get them to set it to that! now you have changed it to what? and what diff has it made mate?

I'll be doing it either Today or tomorrow evening. You need longer shocker bolts (I just looked through a tin of old assorted bolts), and longer inner bolts (these are very easy to come by).I'll get some pictures of how I do it.

Mistral :do they have to be special ones? or can you just get them from b&q?

It was me that was talking about it :)

From what i have heard you can use any bolts, just need to be longer than the standard ones as has been said :P

There is a guide here too, that i copied over from FSi for someone:

My twin rear roll bar is slightly different to the way above, my second one sits the same way as the other one, just lower.
