Anyone Got PI Shocks + Spring

I've had to sell my Coilovers as they didnt fit my MK3.5 :cry: :cry: so looking to order another kit today but only ones i can find for my 3.5 is a Spax VSX kit (Wanted the PSX one but they only do them for MK3) or a PI Kit i've never heard of anyone using the PI kit so does anyone on here use it and any opinions on it?

Cheap and cheerful.

Why didn't you just fit earlier Mk3 hubs and then use your coilovers?

Didnt know i could fit mk3 hubs to be fair, as the car has PAS and i thought the lower arms were different, correct me if i'm wrong.

I had pi full kit on my 2i and it was new and cost me £260 and was one of the best thing a did on my 2i it never put a foot wrong :wink:

Why didn't you just fit earlier Mk3 hubs and then use your coilovers?
But wouldn't you have to change the lower arms and even if you put second hand hub's on you you would be mad not to do the wheel bearings Lower arms £40 each hub's new £127 each bearing £35 each

I do both the Spax & PI, there both very very similar. Spax seem to be the more popular choice amongst ford fans though. If your wanting adjustablity then go for the Spax, id recommend the PSX kit. :D

Yes I'm sure you would need to swap some other bits over as well but it would mean the coilovers could be used. I'm not a fan of coilovers but it seems a huge leap backwards to go for SPAX or Pi

Whys that then i know bilstein are good but why with H&R springs?
