Anyone had any problems with parcelforce?
Has anyone ever had any problems with parcelforce before?
Reason I ask is because I posted a set of lowering springs to a member on here using their company, and I got home today and my landlord said 'Theres a parcel for you'... me thinking this was odd, or the fact that something i ordered online about an hour before hand has already arrived would be strange too, I went and got it... turned out to be the same parcel I sent with them.
Has anyone else had that problem? Im going to ask for a refund on the parcel and use royal mail. Royally pissed off with them now

They are the most incompentent set of idiots going, I used to use them years ago and stopped after a multitude of cockups, I also avoid using companies that use them as well.

I use parcel2go and send via DHL as I can see their depot from my office at work and if I need to send something quick I can drop it off to them
I've not had any problems with them and would recommend them
