alright peeps, about to get delivery of me brand spanking 17" hoops, read the page on fitting, printed off a copy to take to me local protyre (gloucester) and do you think they'd undertake the ultimate sanctity of transforming my baby from whimpering 15" schoolgirl to manly 17" fire breathing beast!!!!!! helllllll no!!! i was not only disgusted but frantic, will my fes never know the pleasures of a 17" manly girth?, only you can save me people let us bond together in this time of need.......... basically the rims are gonna be 7x17" with 205/40/17 rubber, offset of 35 (ish??) and the motor is me g plate 2i which has yet to be lowered, but could be tempted with a 35m pi spring kit to squash the 4x4 jokes!!!!! Dont mind what archwork has to be done, what has to be cut, shut , fondled with or generally removed!!, money or distance to travel is not really an option, although ive already turned down the glaswiegan fella who said he d do it for 50 grand in un marked bills and my mums hand in marriage!!!!! so roll up guys who wants to be the one to fit my rims and by doing so grant me eternal happiness. oh, and lads.....may the force be wih you!!!!!!

How far away are you mate? I'm situated near Northampton. I done all the arch work on my car when the 17s went on so I know what's involved & how to do it. I may be able to do it for ya if u want. I also have a -35mm set of springs & shocks from an RS1800 for sale. The springs may fit & we could do it at the same time. Let me know what ya think. CheeRS. Brad

ah a man worthy of such a challenge, i bow in your wake my man. and in answer to your first question, im in gloucester, for my sins where the beers terrible and the women only improve after the aformentioned beer. so as you can imagine the only light at the end of my tunnel is to slam (well, 35m slam!!!!!) my pride and joy over some 17" pieces of art!!!! your suggestion sounds good brad my man as long as we can come to some cash agreement for the work and you dont expect me to find out why they REALLY call you zetec 69!!!!

You mad phucker! yeah you'd have to travel down to me & we'll get it sorted mate. I've got a few mates that've got a bit of know how, that'll give us a hand. It'll take at least a few hours to do it I reckon. When do you want it doing [ERRR] I move into my own house in 3 weeks so it would be better to do it then probably. CheeRS. Brad
