"-60mm on 16". Anyone on a mk3 fezz? IF so, what's the profile of tyres n any mods needed to fit?

Well, my tires rub on the upper arches and i have a -60mm drop on 15's with a 45 profile tyre.

So i think u might be pushing it too far

I ran 16's on my mk3.5 with a -60mm lowerage. Tyres were 195/45/R16's and the arches and bumpers were previoulsy modded for 17's. Didn't have any scrubbing except on full lock and the handling was great.

Cheers peeps. Havin problems with mine now as I'm tryin to fit 205/45/16 under those arches n it seemed abit OTT.

FezzyTub- Glad to see ya back m8! OR am I lost...dun see ya around often :)

BTW, anyone knows what's the price for 195/40/16s?

dan cabot cant get them for less than £85 a tyre


ben i got 60mm drop on the back and 35-40 on the front due to the weight of my engine it sits fine. arch mods allround tho

Well, did it the hard way Craig. Jacked the car up n swap the rims n tyres. Looks sweet n as far as I know, no mods needed but it's damn close to my struts :( Which is abit worrying. Best part is that, now a 3pt turn becomes n 6pt turns :lol:
