That is a NO

I believe cams are similar in 1.6, 1.8 and 2.0 zetecs... not sure tho...

but the RS1800 has wildly different cams, large throttle body, and ECU

I think it's more to do with the power rating of the engine rather than the displacement (capacity) - RS1800 and 2.0L cams are similar if not identical as they are both rated around 130ps.
