CVH and Zetec tuning, suspension and braking mods.

Are uni-chips any good on a FRST

Im thinking of getting one, are thay any good and is the mapping of them endless or are thay limited ?

Yes they are good. Unlimited mapping ability.

I'd recommend the Uni-chip.

P.S. i do not have a Uni-chip on my car but i am around a Uni-chip mapper all the time and have seen many a finshed map on SERIOUS motors. :wink:

Grate, Well lane is only 10 mile away i also see it can run 4 more injectors if needed, i think ill go for that thats if i decide to go mental with the engine :D :lol:

think they r a pigy back ECU
think they came from the german T C as they had 2 keep the std
ECU in the car so the came up with the Uni-chip
(thats wot i think)
soz 4 spelling i am P***ed :lol:

You can use a 3 bar map sensor with a OFAB ECU on a FRST can't you :-?

yes but how are you goign to get the fuel to match that much boost
8 injectors on a fiesta lol not gonna be easy ?????

and also you think a CVH engine can handle that much boost !!!!

i thinks meltdown would be the word to use :bonkers:
