arp head studs zetec-E

I have a set of arp head studs bolt too a zetec and i need too know the right torque i have too use too fasten them with and in the right ordre.
I will only here it from someone who has done it themself not from someone who have heart it from someone else.
the bolt is
251-4702 ford 2.0L

Fiesta mk3 2.0l turbo
