Ashley arent bad at all. the only thing is that most of their applications are mild steel. but apart from that i wouldn't knock em and have used them in the past. :)

Yes chumkila, thats what i was looking for :) do you know of any other good manifold manufacturers?? I guess the mild steel one would be ok, as long as its doing a good job as i dont wanna end up with a manifold more or less the same as my standard one.

had an ashley system on my mk4, wasnt impressed its cheap for a reason, the tailpipe went orange within a couple of days and the baxtered thing knocked about everywhere, in the end had to be cut up and rewelded so it fitted properly with the floorpans shape.

saying that ashley systems have a distinctly nice sound

Hello there

My mate whos got a fez xr2i on twin 40s, stainless zorst and piper cam got one and it gave him 8bhp after the rollin road set up, and he'd previously had it set up on the same rollers 1k before and got 118bhp so i'd say it was a good comparison :D :D :D
