Snake im going to get a -32. My amal valve has been renoved and its currently running a bleed vlave. Im going to do as you say block the turbo outlet, run pipe from actuator to side of inlet manifold, and set boost on actuator. I tryed this running lower boost yesterday and noticed the chatter was a lot louder? Is this anything to worry about, {i dont use a dump valve and have a drilled air box} The only doubt in my mind was that i spoke to power engineering and they said this would cause actuator back pressure???? and they would link a pipe from the turbo outlet straight too the actuator. Any comment appreciated.

I ahave run mine this way for 8000 odd miles and have had noo probs. Its how Mark at Owen developments sets them up, unless u stick a bleed valve on. The chatter is just the turbo blades cutting though the air as the air has nowhere to go when u let the throttle up, personally i would recommend a twin piston dump valve if your running more than standard boost. Hmm actuator back pressure, dunno what he is on about their, as the actuator will simply be set on the pressure in the manifold, as i said i`ve had no probs with mine and i`m running 196 bhp@0.9 bar boost. U could do as power says, don`t really make much difference as u have a gauge to set it on. Owen developments actually make/rebuild turbos so he knows what he is on about, u could give him a call if u are unsure on 01865 820580 just ask him for some advise, if he don`t answer then hes on the rollers :D

I ran this set up with the t2 aswell and was boosting at 1 bar-14.7psi-until the turbo went pop after 500-600 miles!!
