Avo coilover adjustment advice needed

Postby bcracknell on Tue Sep 20, 2005 1:57 pm

After a bit of advice as I'm new to coilover setups.... recently got hold of a set of Avo coilovers for my track car - a fiesta Si.
I have 2 problems:

1. The back sits too high compared to the front - how do I lower it? I have tried winding the spring cup down by an inch and all it seems to do is soften the rear and not lower it which makes it a bit tail happy on track...

2. The front is quite low and about where I want it, but I think the shocks bottom out on one site - drivers - quite easily, would poly bump stops help?

I've notices different length/ratings of springs are available...I've no idea what I have fitted at the moment or how to work out what might be best to use.
Any help or setup guides would be greatly appriceiated

Thanks,
Brendan
