Once ive sorted some better brakes out ill look into it

Thats about as much as it should cost to do it. Mind you i used as many pattern bits as i could when i did mine.

i did and most were at trade price or discounted price, the propper ford stuff is killing me

ford have discontinued the gearbox shim

oh dear have you tried a few dealers, some have told me they cant get bits before then another dealer orders it in. If you cant get hold of one anywhere then a scrapyard or someone breaking an si should be able to get one for you.

gotta rob bits from the cvh like alt and gearbox

then play with the wiring

Yeah theres plenty of useful bits on the cvh, remember to use the zetec alt pulley on the cvh alternator. The wiring is the least fun bit
