Totally agree, it doesn't look quite right and some parts are clearly fake.

Thats what you may think, but it was all totally true and all parts came from the pre-production Accord. CGI WAS used, but only for lighting and shadows, and slowing down some of the motion.
People's first reaction is always that its faked, but it isn't. It took around 20 days to configure it so that it worked correctly.
The wheels going uphill? They were weighted.

I still dont see how they can go uphill if there weighted, its just like saying if my tyres are weighted they can just roll up a hill?

They held in place and have a weight, say a 1/4 of the way around. When they are knocked off of whatever is holding them in place they will roll.
The heaviest part will always land down (dont ask why, something to do with science!) and as the weight is so far round (but not so far that it would rotate the other way) it will move, up the hill, till it settles, or in this case hits the next tyre.
