I saw a B&M Quick shift kit on Ebay but does any one on here got such a kit? I was wondering if it really was the true quick shift system and if its easy to install? Cant buy it over here in the netherlands so I really want so more information about this item...

its is a straight swap and pretty simple to fit really. THe difference is really noticelble and the gears are about 1/4 of the way apart to what they used to be. I love it much better than the custard bowl i had before and now my gear knob doesnt hit my headunit when i have it tilted out so thats a bonus. It is a bit stiffer to select gears though but not much i use mine everday and im well pleased with it
