Hi all,im gonna attempt to do me a badboy bonnet but was wondering do i just weld it on like where the bonnet end or do i have to overlap and weld it on top of the bonnet end if you understand me :} because it looks as tho if i welded it on normally the bonnet wont shut well it will but the extensions will scrap light when shutting???

Sorry hard to explain in words
