best cheap alarm?

think its time i got an alarm as at the mo all thats stopping my car being nicked is that the doors closed :P

whats the best alarm to get cheapish that insurance companies like?

gonna be 25 at the end of the month so gonna be changing my insurance, and thought i may as well get an alarm too

Good and cheap don't go hand in hand with alarms.

I would spend a sensible amount and fit either a TOAD AI606 or a Sigma. From experience I have found Cliffords very problematic as they are so sensitive to installation

Barry fits the TOAD AI606 for a very good price. Its Cat 1 and has a host of features. You'll find him on Ebay when you type in Toad AI606 in the serch pannel :)

which one do i want? the prices of ai606 range from approx 100-230 surely they cant all be the same thing

I had my clifford 650 installed on my drive for £350 which I think is pretty cheap for cat 1 with blackjax installed and proxy sensors.

Company I used was MotoSparkz in York. I watched the installation and it was spot on. very hard to bypass.
