Mondeo - 280mm fronts, rear discs (not sure if the rears fit but I reckon they will).

Otherwise the tried and tested RS2k 4x4 rears will be well up to the job.

Eeep, not always.

Depends on the internal design of the rim.

Don't forget the common route is to fit 4x4 discs which are significantly offset away from the centreline of the car and come much closer to the wheel.

The caliper may hit the inside of the side of the wheel.

You need to try fiddling around with that setup but that said, until someone bothers to make up a proper steel spacer plate for the cossie calipers, I won't be recommending people fit them.

so i want 4x4 forn are rear discs? i dont mind fitting all this but i dont want to bodge on ring washers as surly alot more stress will be placed onto the bolt? and i dont like the ideal of my brake caliper bolts snapping off when hitting the brakes hard!?

When i fitted mine up front, i had made an 8mm spacer out of stainless steel, 5mm was no good, so it was 8mm on mine, didn't fancy just using washers for the job.

Unless your Si is highly modified a decent set of disks, pads and caliper pistons upfront (i'm using Ferodo premier disks and DS2000 pads)

new shoes, drums, cylinders and bearings where needed on the rear should be more than enough stopping power
