how can i make me 1.1 sound louder and better?

i have got a big bore 4 exhaust
and a K&N bolt on

what else can i do or change?

what about getting rid of the middle box, putting a straight through pipe
will that make a difference?

take out the middle box be nice and loud then i had it done on my 1.6s

have a good cold air feed for the k&n
also remove middle box as mentioned above

If its pre - K reg then it will be loud enough with K&N and exhaust
if its after K reg it will prob have a cat and theres not much else you can do. Ya best bet is saving ya money and getting a bigger engine in a years time.

yeah it will. best bet is to get a straight through cat back system. You'll even get burbling!

best way to makew a 1.1 louder is to rag the funlumps out of it, then youll tappets will be nice and loud, as for nice and being a little more serious

a cat-back system is the way to go as mentioned above, got one on my si, burbles and is very loud

de cat the zorst and get a universal magnex back box as them big bores sound a bit zippy..then u [ERRR] be laffin!

my thoughts exactly. i suggest you sell it buy something with some balls. then you wont have to try and make it loud. it just will be.
