Black RS1800 from Poland

Hello everyone!
I've been reading your forums for many years and I find it very interesting, you have a lot of great fords out there in UK. Too bad that the steering wheel is on wrong side :D
Fiesta is very popular car here in Poland but 99,5% of Mk3s are just rusty 1.1, it is hard to find good Xr2i, not to mention RS Turbo...
I want to show you my black Fiesta which was orginally a S version with 1.8 16v 105HP engine. Few years ago it was completely renewed and repainted by my friend who was the previous owner. I bought the car from him about year ago.

Thats how it looked around year 2006-2007. Front bumper is not original of course, someone changed it before.

It received:
- new paint
- some bodywork, removed rust
- xr2i bumpers
- xr2i arches and sideskirts
- FIFFT tail lights, smoked front indicators with additional parking lights
- mk3.5 mirrors
- mk4 rear wiper
- rs turbo interior (recaro seats + rear seat)
- rs1800 door cards
- rs1800 leather steering wheel and gear knob
- 15"x6,5J ET38 alloy wheels with 195/45/15 tires

And some mechanical changes:
- ecu, camshafts, throttle body and intake manifold from RQC 130HP engine version
- escort rs2000 front brakes (260mm)
- mondeo 2.0 airflow meter body
- Wiechers-Sport front upper strut brace
- Eibach RS -35mm springs (blue colored)
- King Dragon panel air filter
- longer wheel bolts + 5mm alloy spacers

It has also many new parts like water and brak pump, clutch, exhaust, steering rack, stalk lever and many other things which needed a change

And some current photos:

Now it stands on winter tires with steel 14" rims (you can also see new stock exhaust)

I hope that you like it :)

Thanks guys! I would also prefer some "rally-look" alloys but it is hard to find something interesting with good parameters for Mk3.
Ideal would be some 15 compomotives, like these in white :D

Most of them were shot using Nikon D3100 :)

if them comps are out of your reach try some team dynamics pro race 3's quite similar and easy to find (here atleast, they have them in motor retailers such as halfords)

i really like this, its very similar to my car, so compared to britain, what would you say the S is on our terms? as the only S we have is a earlier 1.6 carb fiesta that has no particular body kit only bumper extensions

I have to admit that I already bought a set of TD`s, thanks for your suggestions! :) In fact they are not PR 3's, but I found a good offer on Pro Race 2 in white and they cost me £250 delivered to Poland (with fitting kit included). I think it is a good price for such wheels, what do you think? :)

They are 15x7j and ET38 (I will use 5mm spacers for them also)

Now I have to wait for springtime

We also had "S" with 1.6 cvh carb earlier (years 89-91 I think). "S" 1.8 16v 105HP was produced between 92 and 93, it had coloured bumpers, square anti-fog lights under front bumper, small extensions on front arches (similar to those from Si version) and mechanically it was identical to rs1800 of course (brakes and suspension, including rear anti roll bar). What may be also interesting for you is that "Si" version is called "Futura" here :)

Officialy we don't have "RS1800" version. All 1.8 16v 130HP produced between year 92 and 95(96?) were called XR2i 16v.
S was the only available version with 1.8 16v 105HP.

Yeah I know what you mean... the problem is that it is my everyday car and condition of our roads is not so good :( Otherwise suspension would be surely lower and firmer...
There are already 5mm spacers on all hubs, I was trying to fit some wider on the back but first I need even longer bolts :P
For our winters steelies are the only option, now after few months they are covered with rust again  But good to know that they look good on the car

knuckles :just needs a nice Ford badge on the bonnet for my liking :D

Thats not bad idea... because some time ago one guy said that my Volkswagen Golf looks really nice :o I was shocked and couldn't find a word to answer him...

Thank you for all opinions, I really appreciate them :)
