Some guy was selling them on eBay, complete with OSRAM fittings so you can simply replace the standard bulbs...guess how much ..........................................................................................................
About £30 I think!!!! :O :O :O Think how much an LED bulb costs!!! Surely someone does them for the price they actually SHOULD be, ie about £3 max, complete with OSRAM fitting??

The bulbs behind the fan controls can be painted (or replaced) with colour. They are the same bulbs as ur sidelights so you could just buy bluesidelight bulbs if you wanted to.
The lights on the fog lamps, rear heater controls etc, cannot be changed as easy since the LED's are sealed inside them afaik. (these are dark anyway, but I'm gonna try to change them one day)

Page 1 of this thread?
You need a 330 ohm resistor for each led like this:
o----res----led----o
then stick 12V to the "o"s. If it don't light up swap 12V and Gnd.

If you want to use leds instead of bulbs (like I did) then you will need a 330 ohm resistor or you can wire 3 LED's in series to spread the voltage.
If they are the clear superbright LED's (like I have had experience with) then you will need to rough up the tip as the end of the acts as a magnifying glass and projects a more direct beam.
Scratching up the surface will help scatter the light and stop it from proding spots under the dash.

OK tried this today, first attempt, led lit up then went out almost straight away.
Second attempt with diff resistor, the led fizzled hehehe
How did u find the best way was to hold the leds in place on the dash also?

Mine are held by low temperature glue from a hot glue gun so that they dont move or vibrate. It is tricky to get the glue there though.

Or do what I do, which was think you had disconnected the speedo cable, when you hadn't...
SNAP!
No clip holding it on now, so sometimes the needle shakes a little. Suppose I better fix that this afternoon!
(Oh, for my dash, I stuck a 4" cold cathode tube into the area where the green filter goes. Work really well)
