For all those who were interested in bolting up some fireblade/ R1 carbs to your zetec etc, There's a guide in the new Classic Ford mag using the Bogg Bro's alloy inlet manifold- looks a piece of piss to do!

Here you go!

Power gains don't look mental but DO seem fair and, by the sound of it they're very smooth and economical even at idle.

The car in the Mag that they used as the guinea-pig is a MKII Escort running a mildly tuned pinto which did have 110 bhp @wheels on the old weber 38dgas, With the BOGG BRO's bike carb set up it produced 130bhp@wheels @5000rpm.

The thing about using their alloy inlet is that it is pre-designed specifically for the bike carb spacings so you can retain the original throttle linkagaes etc, making fitting much simpler.

im really warming to the idea of bike carbs for a new project.

seem so much cheaper than car TB's and give very good gains. sounds awesome too.
