i got a manual boost controller for my frst and it did not come with any instructions can some1 help me?

If you mean one of these in car adjustable valves then don't bother fitting it as they are pants and cause no end of problems due to the extra pipework and their crudity. If you want a boost controller you areally are better off geting and electronic one from the likes Of Apexi, Blitz etc
