is it best to change the nuts and bolts on the arms when changing the bushes?? cheers thorny

yup because they are stretch bolts so should only be used once

With the lower arm's you should do both side and use gen ford as pantern won't last long

ok mate. its only 2 per side i think, should i replace my crossmember bolts aswell..

reminds me.. i still gotta tighten them :S
