Brake conversion check

Postby properphatboy on Tue May 16, 2006 11:59 pm

To convert a 1.1 to XR2i or FRST front brakes ones is all you need the callipers? If you buy the discs and pads new that is.

and is there a difference between them? And is there another easy option? I've got 14inch wheels on.

just use frst callipers, calliper carriers and discs, pads they fit staight on and should give you some decent stopping power on a 1.1

Do you have the callipers allready?

No, not got them yet. That's why I also asked if there was another easy option.

Am about to go get some from the parts for sale board though.
