Brake Mods

Postby rcoughtrey on Tue Jun 01, 2004 10:06 pm

Hey guys,
I'm trying to find some where that sells oversized disks for a fiesta turbo. I have 17" alloys and the standard disks look pants. I was told that the max size disk for a standard capiliar is 305mm is this correct and can someone point me in the right direction.

Cheers

Do you definately want to stick with the standard caliper mate??
If not, i would definately recommend the ST170 brake upgrade from Xfactor.
300mm discs with new calipers and the only mods you need to do to your FRST is to drill out the hub holes to 12mm. This is what my FRST and my friends FRST have fitted, braking performance is superb

Thanks

Xfactor

I have looked on their web site for xfactor but could not find any details of the brake upgrade you recommended. I found 285 and 300mm brake upgrades but they did not include the calipers. Do you have a link
