hello what would people suggest in uprating my brakes i want more braking.
should i get bigger discs dt r grooved n green stuff pads.and do a rear disc conversion?and is the rear disc conversion hard? for fiesta si 1.6 by the way.

i think a rear disc conversion is overkill on a 1.6 si. at most i would go for a decent set of pads, ive heard mintex 1144 and ferodo ds2500 are good, those pads and a new set of discs should improve braking for you. a rear disc conversion is costly and a bit uneccesary unless your running big power imo

Rear disc conversion is completey un neccesary regardless of what power you're running.

On a 1.6Si I would go no furtehr than a decent pad (Mintex 1144 or Ferrodo DS2500) and flush the whole brake system through with fresh Dot 4. If you want to push the boat out you can add some braided lines. Any more than this is complete overkill on this car
