what needs to be changed to convert my standard 1.1 brakes
to FRST ones apart from discs and calipers.

What rear beam do i need to have discs on the back and how much
work.

Well im looking in to a rear setup on my XR, haven't found nothing solid yet, the MK5 XR3i setup looks good, as well as RS2000.
Speaking of the front do you need calipers?
