ok i know im going to get jumped on here because there are so many differant variables but whats a rough price of a 2 litre zetec turbo build.

including turbo intercooler radiator managment etc

im just trying to figure out if its possible by buying second hand parts and doing as much of the work as possible myself to build a reliable 200bhp 2.0 litre zetec turbo (with room for slightly more power at a later date) for under £2000?

Don't think it would be easy under £2000 apart from the engine turbo loom ecu thing's like intercooler as you will need a front mounted one as your looking at 200bhp with some sort of map? think your lookng at around £600 just for the remap? by the time you put gaskets on the list oil,clutch,gearbox/engine mounts 3k+ would be more easyer to stick to
