£££££££££ £600+ for pistons like your talkin about

calibra ones are bout £100 max and the £90 to modift so that the gudgeon pins fit in.

the actual zetec block will also need boring out to 2045cc to fit LET pistons too.

run about 230bhp easily

the rod needs to be modified, if you read above the little end (the end that attches to the piston via a pin also know as a gudjeon pin) needs to be bored out to 21mm, one question though how big is the little end in the first place? wont this weaken the rods? also wheres the best place to get some calbra pistons from im intrested in getting a set now

never like it when people talk about modifying rods, they were built and strength tested and made to work as they are , by adding and taking metal away your changing the molecular structure of the rods there for anything could happen they could be fine or ok.

this may just be me but why do people always try and build zvh and zt's on a budget, if you are going to build an engine isnt the best way to build it as strong as you can with components you are 100% sure of?
