how many digrees can you advance a vernier pulley on a frst using standard cam or isnt it worth it??

(my piper t2 cam was 3 degrees advanced on the pulley)
my old frst: 185bhp @11psi stage 1

my new frst: unknown...

Leave well alone mate unless you know exactly what you are doing. Get the cam dialled in by somebody with the proper equipment and then don't touch it

i know what im doing,just not sure on how much your supposed to advance on a standard cam,if at all :Q

had a word with ian howell at fiesta frenzy he recomended i retard it 2degress which i have done,its abit laggier but boosts up alot stronger and pulls better. hes suggested i fit a cvh34 cam as i would have lost a fair bit of power going back to standard cam. is this just a milder version of the 35?
