Cam some one help......(s'cuse the pun)

I've looked at a fast road cam for my Si.

Can someone please explain what the following mean and the effects it will have:

Dur:
264

Lift:
8.64

Timing:
22/62
62/22

I *think*...

Dur - duration - how long it opens a specific port or both ports for. In this case 264° from first opening.

Lift - 8.64mm.

Timing - 22/62 - think this may be how many degrees before and after TDC or BDC the ports open.

Hmmm... maybe I should shaddap actually.
