Postby EssexRedFRST on Thu Mar 06, 2003 10:17 pm

Hello! Not knowing hardly anything about cams, i wondered if anyone knew what one was best for FRST.
I did hear the Pipper T2 isnt very good and the less powerfull one is better. agree/disagree?
Any help would be great.

From what ive heard the piper cam give you more power over kent but does tend to wear faster.

The pipert2 cam gives you more power at the top end at the expense of lower end power. it's designed to be used when you are running high boost (over 15 psi). Not sure on differences between kent and piper but their equivalent cam kits do the same thing. However the original ford cam is the best as it delivers power throughout the range.
